BetOffice Refusing Payout After Winning

I won ₺866 on BetOffice and fulfilled all the rollover requirements. When I tried to withdraw ₺860, my request was instantly rejected. I asked for the reason, and they told me I needed to upload the front and back of my ID, take a selfie with the front of my ID, and also provide proof of residence from the last 6 months. This is ridiculous—it seems like a joke. I advise everyone not to deposit money on this site, as they are not processing withdrawals and keep asking for excessive documentation.
