Betoffice Failed to Transfer ₺2270 Deposit via Payfix – No Resolution Provided

I deposited ₺2270 on the Betoffice site using Payfix, but the funds never reached my account. When I contacted live support, they claimed there were network issues on their end and assured me the money would be deposited by 1:17 AM. However, when I followed up at 9:00 AM, I was told that the funds were still with them and would only be transferred during their business hours, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This inconsistent communication is frustrating and feels like they’re not taking the issue seriously. I have all the deposit receipts and chat logs as proof. Betoffice needs to address this immediately and ensure my funds are properly transferred without further delay.
