Betmarlo Blocked My Account and Withheld ₺1800 – No Customer Support Response

Hello, my username is ugdeniz. I placed a virtual bet on Betmarlo today, but shortly after, I was banned from accessing the site and live chat support without any explanation. I still have ₺1800 in my account, and there's no one to contact. Every time I try to reach customer service, they kick me out of the chat. It's outrageous that they are refusing to release my money.
