Beko Air Conditioner Ch-38 Error

We purchased an air conditioner from Beko in October of last year; however, despite the fact that we did not use it at all during the scorching summer, it broke down after only two weeks of use. The air conditioner will not stop displaying the Ch-38 Error and will eventually turn off on its own. It would appear that the cooling gas has been depleted. Since a week ago, the technical support department has been unable to schedule a team of repair technicians. Without a functional air conditioner, it is intolerable to stay inside while the temperature is 40 degrees. In point of fact, I couldn't take the heat any longer and had to go out and purchase another air conditioner from a different manufacturer today.
