BC Game Deposit Missing After USDC Payment Not Credited

I am filing a complaint about an uncredited deposit in my BC Game account. On March 6, 2026, I deposited 100 USDC via the BSC network from my personal Coinbase account to my BC Game account. My Coinbase transaction history shows that the payment was successfully completed without any issues, yet the funds have still not appeared in my BC Game wallet. Although several days have passed since the transaction, my BC Game balance has not been updated. I contacted BC Game customer service on March 6, 2026, and repeatedly afterwards about this issue. The responses I received appeared to be automated and unhelpful, with the constant claim that the merchant had not received the payment, even though my Coinbase account clearly shows a successful transaction. To support my complaint, I shared a video recording of my transaction statement from the Coinbase app along with all necessary proof of payment. Despite submitting clear and solid evidence, my issue remains unresolved. I also explicitly requested that the 100 USDC either be credited to my BC Game wallet or refunded, but this request was refused, which has caused me significant financial loss. I find the attitude and approach of BC Game customer service to be irresponsible and far from solution‑oriented. They have wasted my time and have not offered any concrete explanation for where my 100 USDC has gone. Meanwhile, my deposit to Vislio made in the same period was credited to my account without any problem, which increases my concerns about the reliability of BC Game. I request that my 100 USDC deposit be urgently located and either credited to my BC Game account balance or refunded to my Coinbase account, and that I be provided with a clear, written explanation of the transaction and the delay.
