Deposit Deducted but Never Credited to Account

I am using the BateryBet mobile application in India and on 5 June at around 2:10 PM I attempted to deposit 1,249.98 INR into my BateryBet account through the FamPay app. The amount was successfully deducted from my FamPay account, but it has not been credited to my BateryBet wallet. When I contacted BateryBet support, they only replied that my deposit was declined and that the money was not deposited, even though the amount has clearly been debited from my FamPay account. After this, I have not received any proper response or help to resolve the issue. I request that 1,249.98 INR, which was deducted from my account but not credited to my Bettry Bet balance, be refunded to my FamPay account as soon as possible.
