Asics Gel Kayano 32 Sole Started Cracking Shortly After Purchase

On April 23, I purchased a black-and-white pair of Asics Gel Kayano 32 shoes from your store located in Hilltown Mall in Karşıyaka, İzmir, and I paid approximately $287 for the product. However, within a very short period of time, wrinkling and tearing began to appear in the rubber material on the bottom sole of the shoes. Despite using the shoes for only a short time, seeing them deform this quickly has seriously caused me to question both the price I paid and my trust in the Asics brand. Today, I returned the product to the store where I purchased it, and I was informed that the shoes would be sent for inspection. However, I do not consider this situation acceptable at all.

I request that Asics or the store where I purchased the product inspect the shoes and evaluate them as a defective product. I also request that my Gel Kayano 32 shoes be replaced with a brand-new pair.
