Apple iPhone 11 Face ID Fail

It hasn't even been a year since I upgraded to the iPhone 11, but I just did it. Surprisingly, when my sister tries to unlock the device, the Face ID feature recognizes her face as well. I was so frustrated that I called Apple's support line twice, but they were useless. There appear to be no genuine privacy safeguards in place, and the only suggestion was to use a passcode. This contrasts with Apple's privacy slogan. Why should I enter a passcode on a phone that cost me 20,000TL? The customer service representatives were courteous, but they did not provide any practical solutions. I'm disappointed that the iPhone 11 fails to deliver on its promise of providing both privacy and functionality.
