Amazon Sells Out-of-Stock Product

I ordered a Speedo product from Amazon, but they claimed it was held up at customs and never arrived. Surprisingly, the item is still for sale. I became dissatisfied with the situation and decided to purchase an Arena Cobra product to avoid international shipping issues. The item was shipped, and I eagerly awaited its arrival, but it was unexpectedly canceled just one day before delivery. When I contacted customer service, they shocked me by admitting that the product had never been shipped. It appears that they had no intention of delivering it in the first place. I trusted this ostensibly trustworthy website, but now I see that they are anything but. This experience has shaken my faith in online shopping, and I vow never to do business with them again.
Progress
I ordered a product from the Amazon website, and they claimed it got stuck in customs and didn't arrive. Then I ordered another pair of swimming goggles from a local seller on Yurtiçi. The cancellation occurred just one day before delivery, and I found out that this item was never actually shipped. Most likely, the first pair of goggles was never sent either. The customs issue was probably a lie. These two products are still listed for sale. They're probably contacting other buyers like me, and they'll likely receive the same excuses about the goggles not arriving. When you report this to customer service, they say they'll forward your complaint, but there's no follow-up. My advice is to stay away from this website.
