Amana Refrigerator Ice Buildup Issue—Still Not Fixed After a Year!

I hired a repair service for my Amana refrigerator a year ago due to persistent ice buildup. They replaced the start-stop sensor and charged me ₺6000, but within five days, the same issue returned. When they came back, they claimed the sensor they installed was faulty and replaced it again. Another few days later, the ice buildup was back. On their third visit, they said the defrost heater was broken and needed to be ordered, but after that, they disappeared.

I've called at least 30 times over the past year, only to be told they’ll “get back to me” — but they never do. Meanwhile, I’m forced to defrost my refrigerator every 3-5 days using a hairdryer! They took my money, failed to fix the problem, and abandoned the job. Amana, step up and take responsibility! This is unacceptable!
