adidas Refused to Exchange My Defective Anthony Edwards Shoes

I bought Anthony Edwards' basketball shoes from the Ankamall Adidas store for ₺4000. In the store, I tried on the black shoe on the right foot and the red shoe on the left. When I got home, I tried on the shoes again before training, but I felt a sting in the lace area on the left side. I kept the shoes on for half an hour to forty-five minutes, hoping it would go away and I would get used to it. When the discomfort did not subside, I put them back in the box and took them to the store. The employee who originally sold me the shoes examined them and took my contact number, assuring me they would be exchanged. He even offered to send the new shoes to my address or have me pick them up from the store. I provided my number and left. Later, I passed by the store again and requested home delivery to avoid an extra trip. This time, a staff member named K**** wanted to examine the shoes himself. I agreed, and within a second of opening the box, he decided they had been used. He pointed out dust between the grooves on the sole and claimed there was a small stone (cat litter) in the indentations on the left shoe. I explained that this could be from others trying on the shoes since they were the last size 42 available. He responded with an odd and dismissive remark, saying, "How can it get dusty here?" He then, with a condescending attitude, stated that no exchange would be made and that he would look into the issue, took my complaints, and sent me away. According to Consumer Rights, if a product is found defective within six months, it is considered as if it was sold as defective in the store. It is truly disappointing that the staff are not only unaware of consumer rights but also unwilling to help in any way.
