Payment Debited but Never Reached 4rabet

I am raising a complaint regarding a UPI transaction done through PhonePe, where an amount of ₹20,000 was debited from my APGB bank account but has not been credited to the recipient. On 02/06/2026, I made a UPI payment of ₹20,000 from my APGB account in Kamepalli using PhonePe to 4 RABET via UPI. The money was successfully debited from my bank account, but 4 RABET has not received the amount, and the transaction is still not reflected as completed on their side. Despite the amount being deducted, I have not received any proper resolution. I request that this failed transaction be investigated urgently and that the debited amount of ₹20,000 be either immediately refunded to my APGB account or correctly credited to 4 RABET without any further delay. I expect a clear update and confirmation once the issue has been resolved.
