Nagarik Bank To 4rabet Deposit Not Credited

I am writing to report an issue regarding failed deposits from my Nagarik Bank account to my 4rabet account. On 31/03/2026 at around 12:51 a.m., two separate amounts, ₹9,000 and ₹10,000 (a total of ₹19,000), were deducted from my Nagarik Bank account for deposits to my 4rabet wallet, but neither of these amounts has been credited to my 4rabet account. This is the first time I have faced such a problem. I tried to reach 4rabet support about these missing deposits, but I have not received any response or clear information from them regarding the status of these transactions. I request that these transactions be checked urgently and that my missing total of ₹19,000 either be credited to my 4rabet account as intended or refunded back to my Nagarik Bank account as soon as possible.
