I Verified My 4rabet Account but Received a Permanent Ban Instead




I had attempted to withdraw 2,000 rupees from my 4rabet account today. Right after the withdrawal request, I received an email on my Gmail saying that my withdrawal had been cancelled and that I needed to complete profile verification. I followed the instructions in that email, went to the profile verification page, submitted the required information, and the system confirmed that my verification was successful. After this successful verification, I tried to make the withdrawal again. However, shortly afterwards I received another message on Gmail stating that my 4rabet account had been blocked. When I contacted 4rabet customer support to understand the reason, they simply told me that I had committed a “violation” and that my account was permanently banned. They did not properly explain what exact rule I supposedly violated or provide any clear evidence. Because of this block, I cannot access my account or the 2,000 rupees I tried to withdraw. I request that at least my 2,000 rupees be returned to me, even if the company decides not to reopen my account. I expect 4rabet to review my case transparently, explain clearly what violation they are claiming, and refund my 2,000 rupees to the payment method I used.
