Deposit Not Credited To My Game Account
On 22 May at around 8:15 p.m., I made a deposit of ₹300 to my 4rabet account via Google Pay. The amount was successfully deducted from my Google Pay balance, but it has not been credited to my 4rabet game account. In my 4rabet account, the same transaction is still shown with the status “processing”. This payment was made to my 4rabet account registered with the mobile number 9601175*** and the email address des***[email protected], and I am using the service from Ahmedabad, India. The Google Pay UPI transaction ID for this payment is 614274794***. Despite the deduction from Google Pay, my 4rabet balance has not changed, and I have not received any confirmation or resolution. I contacted 4rabet support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my ₹300 be immediately and urgently credited to my 4rabet game account for this transaction on an emergency basis, or that you urgently check and resolve this payment issue so that I can use the funds that have already been deducted from my Google Pay account.
