Deposit Not Credited To My 4Rabet Wallet

I am writing to raise a complaint against 4Rabet regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account. On 12 April 2026, I deposited 4,500 via Paytm to my 4Rabet account. The payment was completed successfully on my side, and the UPI reference number for this transaction is 610275673***. Despite the payment going through, the amount has still not been credited to my 4Rabet balance. I contacted your customer support team, and on 21 May 2026 I received a reply from Myra from 4Rabet support stating that my deposit was undergoing an additional review and that my deposit and bank statement had been sent to the payment system for rechecking, and that I should wait for a response. Since then, there has been no resolution, the money is still not available in my 4Rabet account, and my follow‑up emails are no longer being answered, even though I have previously deposited and withdrawn many times without any issues. I request that my deposit be either immediately credited to my 4Rabet account or fully refunded back to my original payment method without any further delay, and that I be clearly informed in writing of the final outcome.

In this situation, you will need to contact your bank and request a refund or initiate an investigation regarding the transaction.
