4rabet UPI Deposit Not Credited After 18 Days

I made a UPI deposit of 4,500 INR to my 4rabet account on 05 May 2026 but after 18 days the amount has still not been credited. The money has already been debited from my account, yet my 4rabet balance remains unchanged. I have contacted 4rabet customer support many times regarding this issue, and each time I receive the same response that they cannot provide a time frame and that they “cannot have things under control.” Despite repeatedly following up, I have not received any concrete solution, time estimate, or clear explanation. I can provide the UPI transaction details and screenshots showing that the 4,500 INR was successfully debited on 05 May 2026. I request that my 4,500 INR deposit be immediately credited to my 4rabet account without any further delay.

You and your executives keep giving the same answer. If PhonePe does not process the payment, they usually return the amount within a week. However, in this case, you have already received the payment and are still not crediting it to my account. This delay has now reached 26 days, and instead of resolving the issue, you keep giving the same excuses. This is completely unacceptable. Please stop making excuses and either credit the amount immediately or provide a valid explanation for why my money is being withheld.

After 27 days, they ask for my bank statement in pdf and a video. So I have given it but after that 2 more days goes and still not getting anything not a decent reply.
