4rabet Has Not Credited My ₹15,000 Deposit Made Through CRED


On 29 May 2026, I made a UPI deposit of ₹15,000 to my 4rabet account using the CRED app. The transaction is marked as successful in CRED and the amount has been debited from my side, but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet gaming account. Since the deposit date, I have repeatedly contacted 4rabet customer support and informed them about the missing ₹15,000. Each time I reach out, I am told the same thing, that they are “working on it,” but there has been no real update or progress and the money is still not visible in my account. During my communication with support, an agent named Raj Kumar has been handling my case, but instead of providing a proper solution or concrete update, I feel I am being given repetitive and unhelpful responses, which makes me feel like I am being misled rather than genuinely assisted. I request that this deposit be investigated urgently, my ₹15,000 either be credited to my 4rabet account or refunded back to my original payment method, and that I be provided with a clear explanation and confirmation once the issue is resolved.

This is not acceptable. It has been over a week, and the money still has not been credited to my account. You have been holding my funds for weeks, and I have not received any positive response or resolution. Instead of resolving the issue, I am being told to stop raising tickets. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Please credit my money immediately and provide a proper update on my case.

They still have not given me my money. Is there anyone who can help me so that I can take further action?

It has been almost 7 days now. I have submitted every document requested, including my bank statements, but they still have not released my money.

There has been no response from them. I believe the payment provider is a third party, and they are unable to contact them. This is extremely unprofessional behavior from 4rabet. I have been waiting for a resolution, but instead I am being ignored and kept waiting without any clear update.

Their own team is checking the issue now, at least that's what they told me. However, I think this is a scam because even after their own team started reviewing the case, they still keep saying that they cannot provide any timeframe for when it will be resolved.

So now they are just talking blindly that now our team is going there best and the same cycle goes

So, a customer support representative named Raj K*** was making big promises and said he would provide concrete details within 15 minutes. I told him to stay active, but he suddenly disappeared, and another customer support representative came instead. It seems that 4rabet itself does not know what to do.

They have just taken up my money after continuous follow up with them they dont reply properly. I have deposited money on 29th may and today is 7th june still they have not deposited money in my gaming account.
