4rabet Has Held My $52 Deposit For 12 Days

I am filing this complaint regarding a pending deposit of $52 made to my 4rabet account on May 20, 2026, at 10:11 AM, which has still not been credited to my account. My 4rabet account is registered under the name Bikram Thapa with the email address bikram***@gmail.com.
Your customer support agent, Raj Kumar, opened Ticket ID SUP-1476129 for this issue. However, since then, I have only received generic, automated responses about “banking processes,” with no real action taken. It has now been 12 days since the transaction, which is far beyond any reasonable processing time.
The deposit was completed successfully through PhonePe, and the funds have already reached your Bank of India merchant account, boim-596085434***@boi, under UTR number 810115094115. This clearly shows that the money has left my account and has been received on your side, yet it is still not reflected in my 4rabet balance.
Under these circumstances, I believe your platform is holding my funds without justification. I demand that a competent supervisor manually review the UTR number above, verify the payment in your Bank of India merchant account, and immediately credit the $52 to my 4rabet account without any further delay.
If this issue is not resolved today and my funds are not credited, I will escalate this as a fraud-related complaint to the National Payments Corporation of India and the relevant cybercrime authorities.
