1xBet Withdrawal Issue After Following Agent Instructions

My 1xBet account number is 1670684*** and the withdrawal transaction number is 4839968101. I requested a withdrawal and contacted an agent, who sent me the steps for making the withdrawal. After I followed these steps and gave him the code he requested, he blocked me immediately. The amount of 10,000 EGP did not reach my wallet, and I lost access to the agent, which makes this clearly look like a scam. I have been contacting 1xBet customer support continuously for 24 days about this issue, but until now the problem has not been resolved and I have not received my money back. Every time I contact the company, they only tell me that my request is "under processing" and ask me to keep waiting, without offering any real solution or clear timeframe. This situation has caused me a lot of stress and made me feel that my money is not safe on your platform. I request that 1xBet urgently return my 10,000 EGP to my wallet number 01156494*** and take the necessary action against the agent who misled me, so that this does not happen to other users.
