1xBet Locked Me Out After I Requested a Withdrawal

Hi, I encountered a serious issue with accessing my 1Xbet account. Recently, I tried to withdraw my winnings and placed a withdrawal order on May 25 for 500 USDT. I also submitted the required documents for verification. However, as of today, May 30, I can no longer log in to my account, and I haven’t received the withdrawal. My account is linked to the email william****@gmail.com, and there was also a unique ID associated with it: 1904867***. When I attempt to log in, the system shows an error saying my credentials are incorrect. I’ve double-checked all the information and even tried resetting my password, but nothing works. This situation has left me concerned, as I don’t know what’s happening with my account or the funds in it.

So-so-so, after I filed a complaint, the 1Xbet team quickly responded to my request via email, and I was able to restore access to the account. Also my withdraw request was accepted and I got my money today :)
