1xBet Bank Transfer Deposit Missing And Ticket Stuck

I deposited ₺50,000 into my 1xBet account (ID: 422248***) on 22.11.2025 via bank transfer to 1xBet Turkey’s payment details, but the money has still not been credited to my account balance. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have a receipt confirming that the transfer with reference number 202511215052182 was completed. Despite this, my 1xBet balance has not changed and the deposit has not appeared in my account. I tried contacting customer service for days but could not reach a representative. I sent several emails and, with great difficulty, managed to create a support ticket, yet my ticket numbered 10088371 has been stuck in “processing” for a long time with no clear response or solution. I request that my ₺50,000 deposit be immediately credited to my 1xBet account without further delay and that I be informed in writing about the reason for this issue. I also expect an urgent investigation considering the bank receipt and reference number I hold as proof of payment.
