I have been facing an issue with my withdrawal on 1win. On 3 June, I requested a withdrawal of 14,000 from my 1win account (ID: 348126***) but after 5 days the status is still pending and the money has not been credited to my account. I have successfully withdrawn from 1win many times before without any problem, so this delay is unusual for me. I contacted 1win customer support several times, but each time they only tell me to wait and repeat the same answer, without giving any clear reason, time frame, or proper solution. I request that my withdrawal of 14,000 be processed and credited as soon as possible, or that I am given a clear and final explanation for this delay. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and my funds to be paid without any further excuses.
