My ₹3,500 1win Withdrawal Is Still Pending After Multiple Complaints

I am a 1win user with ID 46540027. On 6 June 2026 I requested a withdrawal of 3,500 via IMPS to my HDFC bank account. Since then, the withdrawal has remained in “pending” status and the amount has not been credited to my bank account. I contacted your live chat on 6 June 2026 at around 02:10 a.m. regarding this issue. The agents asked me to raise a complaint, which I did. However, even after raising the complaint, I did not receive any proper or clear answer. Later, the live chat team told me to contact support by email. When I wrote to you by email, the reply I received was to contact live chat again, and whenever I ask about my withdrawal, I am sent back and forth between live chat and email without any resolution. The only concrete information I received is ticket number SPP-493704, but nothing has progressed since then. I have already referred 24 members to 1win and have been using your platform with trust. This situation is seriously damaging my confidence in your service. I request that you immediately process and credit my 3,500 withdrawal to my HDFC bank account without any further delay. I also ask you to review the handling of ticket SPP-493704 and provide a clear, final explanation for the delay. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to share my experience, along with screenshots of your support responses, with the 24 people I referred and warn them accordingly. I expect a prompt and genuine resolution from your side and the successful credit of my 3,500 to my HDFC account.
