1win Withdrawal Marked Successful but Funds Not Received in Bank

I made a withdrawal of R900 from my 1win account via EFT to my Standard Bank account on 05/06/2026 at 20:41. In the 1win app, the transaction status shows as “successful” which indicates that the money should already have been deposited into my bank account. However, as of today, the funds have still not reflected in my Standard Bank account. I contacted your support team and was told that my complaint was sent to the relevant department and that I should wait 72 hours for the investigation. I have been waiting since Saturday with no feedback or resolution, even though I urgently need this money for my son’s school fees. The transaction is linked to my 1win ID 366448*** and the reference provided to me is SPP-483047. Since the transaction is marked as successful on your side but the money has not appeared in my bank account, I request that you immediately credit the R900 to my Standard Bank account or urgently resolve whatever is blocking the payment. I also ask that you provide a clear explanation of what went wrong and why there has been such a delay despite the “successful” status, as this situation has caused me serious inconvenience.
