1win UPI Deposit Not Credited to Account After Successful Payment

I have a serious issue with my 1win account balance that has still not been resolved. On 6 June at around 4:30 am, I made a UPI deposit of 7,400 INR to my 1win account using ICICI iMobile UPI. The transaction was completed successfully and I received the UPI reference/transaction ID 167017290672, but the deposited amount has not been reflected in my 1win account balance. My 1win ID is 366784***. Despite the payment being debited from my bank, the balance on my 1win account remains unchanged, and I have been unable to use the money I deposited. I have contacted 1win customer support many times regarding this issue. Each time they only tell me to wait, but no concrete solution or update has been provided and the deposit is still missing from my account. I request that my deposit of 7,400 INR be urgently traced and correctly credited to my 1win account ID or otherwise refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.

But it's been 3 days money hasn't reflected in account and all the payments are marked closed and completed but no progress is there your support doesn't help all they ask for information when i provide They say it'll take time that's it how much more
