Account ID 4199022. I've been depositing Ethereum (ETH) here for months using my personal wallet. Yesterday, I used a different crypto exchange that processes withdrawals via internal smart contracts rather than direct peer-to-peer transfers. I sent about $350. Etherscan clearly shows the transaction was successful and the funds are safely sitting in the casino's designated deposit wallet. But my gaming balance? Big fat zero. The automated live chat bot just keeps asking for a standard TxID and says it can't find my deposit. Of course, it can't, your basic automated script doesn't read internal smart contract executions! It's my money, I provided the exact hash, and it's literally on your ledger. I need a real blockchain technician to look at the blockchain explorer and manually credit my $350. Stop hiding behind AI bots when handling people's crypto!

I’m bumping this to 5 stars because their financial team actually knows what they're doing when you finally reach them. A human agent from the crypto department emailed me this morning. They verified the internal transaction on Etherscan, located my $350, and manually pushed the funds to my real playing balance. They politely explained that their current payment gateway only auto-detects direct ETH transfers, not internal smart contract transactions, and advised me to use direct personal wallets in the future to avoid delays. I played some slots, managed to double my balance, and withdrew via USDT with zero issues (arrived in 5 minutes). Excellent technical support, but they really need to upgrade their payment gateway to auto-read smart contracts so players don't have to panic.
