1win Has Not Credited My Paytm Deposit To My Account

On 28 May at around 10:34 a.m., I deposited Rs 950 in Indian currency to my 1win account via Paytm. The amount was deducted from my Paytm, but it has still not been added to my 1win balance. The Paytm transaction ID for this payment is 306954687448. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue and was only told that they would “keep on searching” and inform me, but despite this, I have not received any concrete update or solution, and the balance is still missing. I kindly request that my Rs 950 deposit be credited to my 1win account as soon as possible based on the above transaction details, or that you provide a clear and final resolution without further delay.
