1win Didn’t Credit My Large Deposit But Small Deposits Work Without Issues

I recently put a good amount of money into 1win, thinking it would show up in my account quickly, but that didn’t happen. I had no issues with smaller deposits of $500 or $1000, but when I tried to make a larger deposit, it just disappeared from my account balance. I contacted customer support, and they promised to fix the problem and requested “a little more time.” It's been more than a week now, and I'm stuck in this annoying cycle of unclear replies, with no money showing up. It’s frustrating and worrisome when the smaller deposits get processed without a hitch, but the bigger ones don’t seem to work out. I just want to give a heads up—this experience has really made me doubt the reliability of 1win’s service.
