1win Deposit Not Credited On Gaming Account ID - 347138636 SPP-223437

I made a deposit to my 1win account on 29 April 2026 at around 16:43 Nigerian time, using an interbank transfer from my FirstBank account for the amount of 500,000 NGN. The transfer was sent to the 1win beneficiary account with the reference/account ID shown on my slip as 000016260429164330001909638537. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 1win balance. I contacted 1win customer support regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any satisfactory reply so far; they only keep saying that they are “trying” without giving a clear solution or timeline. I also contacted my bank, FirstBank, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful and that the amount has been credited to the receiver’s account. Based on this, I request that 1win urgently locate this transaction and credit the full amount of 500,000 NGN to my 1win account balance without any further delay, or provide a clear explanation and resolution for this issue.
