1win Blocked My Account Without Evidence After Verification and Delayed My Refunds



My 1win account ID is 6301***, and my in-game name is Gu***. My game account balance was 1,13,000. I have been playing on 1win for a long time, and deposits and withdrawals have always been processed timely. However, one day I deposited 2000 twice (a total of 4000), but the deposit never reflected in my account. I emailed the security team, and they initially asked me to wait for a few days. Later, they assured me that my payment would be refunded, but it has now been 10 days, and my issue remains unresolved. Meanwhile, I attempted to withdraw 12k from my account, but the security team informed me that I needed to complete my identity verification. I completed the identity verification on November 30 and waited 14 days while continuing to play roulette, where I earned a significant profit. After this period, the security team claimed my account was blocked under clause 9.7 of their rules. They alleged fraudulent activities such as multi-accounting, use of software to automate bets, and abuse of loyalty programs. These accusations are completely false. I have only one account on 1win and have never engaged in any prohibited activities. I always play fairly, sometimes losing and sometimes winning. I have asked the 1win team at least 10 times via email to provide evidence for their accusations, but they have not responded. To make matters worse, they have now blocked my number, leaving me unable to contact their support team. Blocking my account without justification and refusing to provide evidence is unacceptable.
