Aadhar Verification Failure For Withdrawn

I am facing an Aadhaar verification issue related to my Kotak Mahindra Bank 811 account, which is affecting a withdrawal on the Ten Cric app. Due to poor network connectivity in my village, I have attempted to complete Aadhaar OTP verification four times through the Ten Cric app, but the verification has failed each time. This issue has been ongoing for the past four days, starting from April 1.
I am using a Kotak Mahindra Bank 811 account linked to the Chikmagalur branch, and because the Aadhaar verification is not being completed successfully, my withdrawal request on Ten Cric is not being processed. I have contacted Ten Cric customer support, but I have not received any response or guidance regarding how to resolve this problem.
I request that my Aadhaar verification issue be resolved as soon as possible so that I can successfully complete my KYC and process my withdrawal without any further delay.
