10Cric Account Verification Issue Blocking Withdrawals

I have been experiencing an Aadhaar verification issue on the 10Cric app (using Chrome) for nearly one month, and my account is still not fully verified. Due to this problem, I am unable to complete my account verification process or withdraw my funds.

I contacted 10Cric customer support, and they instructed me to send a photo of my Aadhaar card to their official email address. I followed their instructions and submitted the required document. However, despite complying with their request, my Aadhaar verification and overall account verification have still not been completed, and the issue remains unresolved.

I request that my Aadhaar and account verification be completed as soon as possible so I can access and withdraw my funds without any further delay.
